Ning先生在商场向京东白色购买手机，未按照约定付款，北京世纪世纪信息技术有限公司的京东将Ning先生告上法庭，要求相应支付、服务费和支付违约金共计6482.55元。
记者7日获悉，海淀北京法院受理了此案，据报道，该案是Jingdong提供的白色，是自分期付款以来首次向买方提起诉讼。

据了解，Jingdong白条的主要内容是，消费者可以在Jingdong购物申请最高1万5000元的个人贷款，并在3至24个月内分期付款，而那些还未支付还款0.03%天的Jingdong人违约赔偿金。
