1、运行窗口输入regedit打开注册表编辑器；


2、进入hkey_local_machinesystemcurrentcontrolsetcontrollsa双击安全packages在右栏；；


3、打开编辑多个字符串对话框，添加；对列表框中光标tspkg特征；

4。然后，它位于hkey_local_machinesystemcurrentcontrolsetcontrolsecurityproviders ；


5、双击右边，securityproviders，字符串，打开编辑字符串对话框，添加，credssp.dll在数值结束。


6，退出注册表程序，重新启动计算机并排除故障。
